David Lenker

David currently resides in Dublin, Ohio with his wife Kellie, their twin sons Andrew (Drew) and Theodore (Theo), their daughter (Lily) and their cat Belle.  An active member in his community and an avid Ohio State supporter, he is a third generation Realtor and has been around the Real Estate business his entire life.  His grandfather Ted and his father Steve both oversaw the original development and marketing for Jack Nicklaus' vision that would eventually become Muirfield Village, a first of it's kind, deed restricted community built around the game of golf in Dublin, Ohio.  David grew up attending open houses and showings with Ted and learning all of the aspects of development on-site from his father.  He initially got his Real Estate license in 2006 and learned the business first hand until Ted had a stroke and a downturn of the market led to a decision to take a step back and re-evaluate.  After finishing his business degree, he returned to Real Estate full time in 2012.  David has assisted first time home buyers, investors with buying and flipping, clients looking to downsize, and more.  He has listed and sold properties all over Columbus and is a member of the CBR Million Dollar Club.  In 2018, he became an Owner/Agent for a new Columbus Branchise, Howard Hanna Lenker Group, and is excited about the growth of this new company.  David has a passion for customer satisfaction and takes pride in how he approaches the overall client experience from first meeting to the closing table and beyond.  At the end of the day, his goal is to build long term relationships and help people navigate the process of Buying and Selling properties as efficiently as possible.  For more information about how he can help you, call him today at (614) 787-4528 or email at [email protected]
