Kathe Weschler Rafferty -I have been selling real estate, luxury homes and neighborhoods in the NW Pennsylvania Lake Erie region for 33 years.  I am a trusted professional Realtor, focused on exceeding my clients expectations, with service excellence and top notch marketing systems.

I am reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastically work with sellers and buyers.  I will work diligently and listen carefully to the specialized needs and objections of both buyers and sellers.  Being a fifth generation,  well-connected, Erie native, I have lived in 5 major cities (St.Louis, Chicago, San Francsico, Boca Raton and Cleveland) and fully understand the stress of corporate moves and adjustments.  I will provide a wealth of knowledge of the Erie real estate market and am qualified to guide clients in making sound choices in order to buy and sell their homes.

I have practised Real Estate in Erie continuously for the past 34 years and practised for 4 yrs in commercial RE in Missouri. I spent 11 years in St Louis &  Chicago volunteering and raising $ 300,000 for charities  In January 2010,  I joined the Howard Hanna - Erie Airport / West Office. Since this time, I have achieved The Champions Club membership and National Sales Excellence Club.  Previously I acquired the distinquished Certified Residential  Specialist (CRS) accredation; along with the (GRI) Gradutate of Realtors Institute designation;  PAR Excellence Life-Time Club membership from PA.
