Mark Hodson

I am a fulltime firefighter/paramedic for the City of Stow, and also the President of the Stow Firefighters, IAFF Local 1662.  I have been a part time real estate agent with Howard Hanna since 2008.

My goal as an agent is to treat all of my clients, buyers and sellers, with the level of customer service, and attention to details that I expect as a client. I have been involved with many aspects of real estate.  I have purchased property as an investment, for rental property, as a homeowner, and now as an agent.  I know what I expect from an agent, and so should you.  Since I am a part-time agent, I control how many clients I have at any one time.  I want all of my clients to feel like they are my only clients, and to know that I am doing everything I can to sell their home, or find them their perfect home.

I am affiliated with Howard Hanna because of the tools they have available to me.  One stop shopping, marketing plans, and unmatched agent support.  I am strong believer in the power of the internet in selling and buying real estate.  But, I also realize the importance of newspaper, and physical advertising as well.
