Real Estate has been my whole life! Starting in the business at the age of 26, I have been listing and selling homes for close to 36 years!  My extensive knowledge began with my real estate training at Career Growth School of Real Estate & Howard Hanna’s exclusive Fast Start training program.  Looking to the future, I began taking advanced courses and earned my Associate Broker’s license as well as many designations; including my Residential Relocation Specialist and Senior Real Estate specialist which provide knowledge and support while working with those relocating all over the country and those Seniors that are looking forward to their retirement goals.  As an Associate Broker & past manager of the South Hills office, I saw firsthand what clients are looking for in a real estate professional. I strive every day to give that top notch service and support, whether you are selling, buying, or investing.  

I was born in Pittsburgh and have continued to call this beautiful city home my entire life.  I am a wife, mother of two and grandmother of 5 with extensive knowledge of our South Hills communities, schools, municipalities, sports and entertainment.   

What You can expect:

I am a Full Time Realtor.   This is very important.  I am available when you are!  Not just evening and weekend hours, but daytime as well when lenders and title companies are open!  I provide weekly check-ins as well as up to the minute updates.

Whether you are buying or selling, we will begin with a face-to-face consultation to explain the process from beginning to end, this will allow me to understand what is important to you so that I can help you achieve your goals.  

When selling a home, I provide cutting edge marketing including many Howard Hanna exclusive programs.  I begin with a 30 day action plan, or as I like to say, “my recipe for success”.   I take a very hands-on approach including weekly communication, in person open houses, professional photography and marketing design pieces.   I will personally work with you in all aspects of the negotiations, municipal requirements & tile processes to get you to the closing table. 

When buying a home, I will make sure that I walk you through the home buying process from the moment you say “yes to the address” until closing day when you hold the key to your new home in your hand.  I have a fantastic team of mortgage, title and insurance professionals on hand so that we make your one stop buying experience seamless.
