Kris Burdick has been a licensed realtor/broker for over 25 years working mainly in the Northeastern Ohio area.  Her awareness and depth in Real Estate is shown in her relationships with buyers, sellers, home builders, luxury marketing, affiliated and essentials services.  
About 25 years ago Kris joined Howard Hanna as a successful award-winning sales associate. Kris always led by example and she later became a sales manager and then worked as a Regional Manager and Vice President in both the Ohio South and Ohio East regions.   Her focus was on strategic market growth, development, and profitability of sales offices.  She facilitated the expansion and growth in the regions. Through her leadership development, market development, and commitment to excellence, both regions grew exponentially. 
Kris is the former President of Ohio North and Michigan and in her most recent role as President of Brokerage Operations in all markets - Kris has inspired many - at every level and in every corner of the Real Estate industry - generating excitement and passion for what everyone brings to the field.
Kris 's track record and commitment to our industry has set a standard of excellence and authenticity. Locally, Kris is a member of many boards and associations.  Her directorships include MLS boards, the National Association of Realtors, and many local and state boards. She has served as an appointed Commissioner for the Ohio Department of Real Estate and Professional Licensing,  She has previously been President of the Akron Women’s Council of Realtors, District Vice President of the Ohio Association of Realtors, and President of the Akron Area Board of Realtors. Kris has also served on the boards of multiple national and local charitable organizations.
