Meet Team Nikita!

Nikita and I have been together for 11 years.  I love working with first time investors, seasoned investors, first time home buyers, and families looking for a different home. 

Nikita works hard at promotions, social media, events, and teaching others about Norwegian Elkhounds.   She loves meeting new people and going new places.

Nikita wants to see her Norwegian Elkhound friends that are in danger brought to safety as quickly as possible so they’re safe and warm.

My Professional History

I have experience with residential and commercial properties including single family houses, duplexes, triplexes, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, and distressed properties.  I have helped both buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

I owned my own property preservation business.  My crew and I completed repairs, maintenance, inspections and damage assessments for bank foreclosed houses

I am a karate master in Tang Soo Do and have been a martial artist for 21 years.  I have helped many families learn self defense to better their lives

I am a graduate of Penn State University with an associates in Medical Laboratory Technology.  I am a graduate of Carlow College with a Bachelors in Science. 

How are you going to achieve your dream?

My dream is to own a brick and mortar Norwegian Elkhound dog rescue.  I want to bring in Norwegian Elkhounds in danger and give them a safe place to restart their lives.  For the past ten years I have had a foster network Norwegian Elkhound dog rescue.     We have saved over 1,000 dogs.
