Professional Focus Currently, I serve as a Transaction Manager and Real Estate Professional with the Art Herling Team—ranked #1 in the Philadelphia Suburbs. My role goes beyond sales; I specialize in market analysis, vendor management, and the rigorous contract administration required to support a team responsible for over $466 million in volume.
Prior to real estate, I spent over a decade as a Legal Administrative Assistant at Fox Rothschild LLP, where I managed critical financial workflows, billing, and document execution for high-level partners. This dual background allows me to handle the "business" side of property management—invoicing, reporting, and compliance—just as effectively as the "people" side.
Community & Wellness Known locally as "The Powerwalking Realtor," I believe discipline and energy are contagious. A native of Mt. Airy now living in Conshohocken, I am a 15-year veteran vegan and a certified Zumba instructor. I channel this energy into service, sitting on the boards of Family Promise Montco and PA Adult Teen Challenge, and founding the non-profit Well Women, Inc.
