Jordan Urbanczuk

I was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley and graduated from Northampton High School before attending Purdue University, where I studied Professional Flight Technology along with Management and Entrepreneurship. My career as an airline pilot has given me the unique opportunity to live in several regions across the country, exposing me to people from diverse backgrounds and communities. These experiences deepened my appreciation for the qualities that make each community, both locally and globally, distinct and special. 

Growing up, my parents owned and operated multiple Subway franchises in the Lehigh Valley. Working alongside them in their stores played a formative role in shaping the skills I rely on every day as a real estate professional: a strong entrepreneurial mindset, a commitment to exceptional client service, and an unwavering focus on client satisfaction. 

On a personal level, I have experienced the real estate process from both the buyer’s and seller’s perspective in residential and investment properties. Each transaction provided valuable insight into the consumer experience, allowing me to better anticipate client needs and navigate the process with clarity and confidence.
