Grant’s
understanding of how location, planning, and timing build and protect
value in real estate began at age seven, when he ran a small enterprise
selling iced tea and golf balls on a public golf course for seven years.
He learned that disciplined execution drives results — principles
reinforced as a football team captain and member of multiple
championship-winning football and baseball teams.
After
graduating college, Grant spearheaded the development and advocacy of
technologies that protected military, law enforcement, and civilian
lives. In high-stakes environments where results matter and persistence
is required, he developed a disciplined, risk-focused approach in
support of leadership and execution.
Today,
Grant applies disciplined, risk-aware leadership to residential,
commercial, and land transactions. Having been a buyer, seller, renter,
and investor, he understands the risks and decisions his clients face.
Prior to becoming licensed, he closed a $1,800,000 transaction with a
