Hi, I’m Melanie Marsh - a Pittsburgh native! After graduating from Pitt in 2006, I began my professional career in Chicago's robust advertising industry. When I moved back to Pittsburgh in 2014 I starting flipping houses as a hobby, and got my real estate license to buy and list my own projects. From there I developed a fascination with the science and practice of real estate, so in 2019 I decided to become a full-time agent! Armed with years of first-hand experience buying, renovating, staging, and selling my own properties, and the robust professional network I cultivated in the process, I have since built a highly customer service-centered business for my real estate clients, empowering buyers and sellers to make confident decisions in today’s complex market. In 2022, I was named Pittsburgh Real Producers Magazine’s “Superstar on the Rise”. In 2024 I achieved a career high of just under $20MM in residential sales for the year and earned the distinction of being the #1 individual agent in sales in Cranberry Township, where I have lived since 2019.
