Jessica’s passion for real estate started long before she became an agent. Growing up in a family that valued hard work and creativity, she learned the importance of restoration from her father and brother, who taught her to see possibility where others might see problems. She also inherited her appreciation for design and beauty from her mother’s artistic and creative spirit. Together, these influences shaped her love for historic homes, craftsmanship, and bringing properties back to life.

That mindset is what led to the nickname “Demo Diva.” Jessica isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves, walk through a property that needs vision, and help clients imagine what it could become.
