Hi, I’m Rachael Lee – Real Estate Agent Serving Cornwall, Lebanon & Surrounding Areas

With a little over a decade of hands-on experience in fast-paced hospitality roles, I bring a people-first approach to real estate. Before stepping into this industry, I worked as a server, bartender, catering supervisor, and team leader at local establishments.  I loved the fast-paced environment, the people, and the challenge of keeping things running smoothly — even in chaos. That experience gave me the skills I use every day as a real estate agent: staying calm under pressure, paying attention to the smallest details, and reading people’s needs without them having to say a word. I also hold an associate degree in Social Sciences. 

Now, almost a year into my real estate career, I’ve found my true calling — helping people find the right home or move forward with confidence when it’s time to sell. My customer service skills are second nature, and I take pride in making sure every client feels seen, heard, and supported throughout the entire process. My ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and connect with people from all walks of life makes me a trusted partner in any transaction.
