Bill Lake

Working in the Real Estate industry as a sales person is a second career for Bill following a lifetime of community service.  At age 16, Bill joined the Smethport Volunteer Fire Department as a junior firefighter, and continued both there and with the Mansfield Hose Company during his tenure at Mansfield University.  After graduating from college, Bill proudly served in the US Army Reserve as a member of the 320^th MP BN, Ashley, PA.  In February 1996, Bill began his career as a Police Officer with the City of Pottsville Police Department. In 1998, Bill left Pottsville to join the Allentown Police Department where he worked until his retirement from Law Enforcement in December 2021, as Assistant Chief of Police.  Bill obtained his real estate license in the spring of 2022 and continues to serve his community in a new way by assisting others with buying and selling homes.  Bill and his family relocated from the Allentown area to North East in the summer of 2024, at which time he joined the Howard Hanna Erie East Office.  As a REALTOR® Bill brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and unique experiences that he now uses to help his clients navigate the often challenging real estate market, and he is excited to continue this chapter of his life in beautiful Erie county, Pennsylvania.
