Megan was born and raised in Erie, PA. Megan attended Penn State, The Behrend College, where she earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management and Business Economics and a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
With over two decades experience in the insurance industry, Megan honed her skills in customer service, problem-solving and analytical thinking and possesses a keen attention to detail. Her entrepreneurial spirit, however, has always drew her towards the dream of owning and managing her own business. In 2008, Megan took a significant step towards her aspirations by becoming a landlord, gaining firsthand experience in the real estate sector. Recently, she transitioned into a new chapter of her career as a Real Estate Salesperson. Megan's unique blend of business acumen, real estate expertise, prior experience working for a construction company and dedicated customer service sets her apart in the competitive market.

Megan Malena has a diverse background that spans real estate, insurance underwriting, residential construction and remodeling, property management, and business management. With over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, Megan honed her skills in customer service, problem-solving and analytical thinking and possesses a keen attention to detail. In 2008, Megan purchased her first duplex becoming a landlord, gaining firsthand experience in real estate investing and property management. In 2023, she transitioned into a new chapter of her career as a REALTOR. Megan has served on the Washington Township Council since 2024 gaining a unique insight into our community, enabling her to better serve buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the region.
