Hi, I’m Sam Roule.
I’ve been helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market since 2015. With over 10 years of experience, I bring a steady hand, deep local knowledge, and a client-first mindset to every transaction. Before real estate, I spent more than two decades in the beverage industry as a beer distributor and microbrewery owner—so I understand the value of relationships, service, and getting results.
I’m a proud husband and dad. My wife and I stay busy keeping up with our 12-year-old son (an avid gamer and nature lover) and our 9-year-old daughter who loves to dance. Giving back is a big part of who we are. We’ve both served as “Bigs” through Big Brothers Big Sisters, and I had the honor of serving as a past Board President. I also volunteer weekly with Meals on Wheels, staying connected to the community I love.
Over the years, I’ve been honored with customer service and sales volume awards each year—recognition I don’t take lightly. I have been a Real Estate Broker since March 2015. Before my career in real estate, I spent over 20 years in the beverage industry as a beer distributor and micro-brewery owner. Having been in sales my entire career, I pride himself on going the extra mile for my clients and understand the importance of maintaining close relationships beyond the transaction. I am married with a 9 year old son who plays baseball and a 6 year old daughter that loves to dance. My family and I are avid animal lovers who support the local animal shelters. My wife and I have spent years supporting the local chapter of Big Brothers and Big Sisters as a past Board President and personally taking on roles as "Bigs". I previously spent the last 7 years at a brokerage where I was a multi-million dollar producer and honored on The Chairman's Club for Sales Volume for 2022, Executive Club for Sales Volume for 2021, and All-Star Club for Sales in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, and named to the Circle of Excellence for Outstanding Customer Service for 2017, 2018, 2021, and 2022.
