I love living in Pittsburgh!  My husband, Scott Fech, and our son, Beckett, moved to Pittsburgh in the summer of 2018 and we can't be happier.  The community is a warm and welcoming one.  We are settled in Pittsburgh's Edgewood community.

I am a full-time seasoned licensed Real Estate Associate with Howard Hanna Real Estate Service - Shadyside.  I joined the Howard Hanna family after being a stay-at-home dad with our son for three years.  Prior to being a full-time dad, I was a college administrator.  I served as president with Miami Dade College Wolfson in Florida and with Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana in Michigan City, IN.  I also served as the founding chair of Ivy Tech's Mortuary Science program (yes, I am a licensed funeral director and embalmer), dean, and vice chancellor.  

What makes Pittsburgh an amazing city?!  The people, the culture, the food scene, and the outdoor activities, are just a few reasons why you want to live in Pittsburgh.  Our family enjoys hiking at Frick Park, attending all the year-round family-fun festivals, dining out, and biking.  We also enjoy hanging out with our friends, too!  

Why real estate?  I feel my background professional experiences make me a strong partner with families who are in the market to buy or sell in Pittsburgh.  As a former funeral director, I am empathize with families as they embark on their real estate journey.  Buying and selling can be a daunting and stressful experience and I can help put families at ease during the process.  It   As a former college administrator, I listen carefully to families' needs.  I'm a strong communicator and am well-organized.   All qualities needs to best serve families when buying and selling.  So, please do not hesitate to call, text, or email me for your real estate needs. 

My family.  Scott and I will celebrate 28 years come August 15, 2026.  He is an amazing man and papa and is supportive of my career.  He is the head of school with Winchester Thurston School.  We adopted our son, Beckett Montgomery in 2015.  Beckett is a Fourth Grader at Winchester Thurston School.  He loves all things Disney, dinosaurs, King Kong, and Godzilla.  He loves swimming, popsicles, and traveling (so does his Daddy and Papa).
