Born and raised in Wild Wonderful West Virginia, Morgan Simonetti, works with home buyers and sellers.

As a Morgantown native she has witnessed the city’s growth in both business and housing. Morgan’s intimate knowledge of this region, and her experience of living here all her life gives her enthusiasm, knowledge and a desire to make her home town, your home town.•Morgan attended St. Francis Catholic for 8 years, University High School, and graduated from Fairmont State with a bachelor’s in marketing. She spent several years as an office manager for a local Veterinarian, and now following in her family’s footsteps she is pursuing her passion for real estate.
