I started my Real Estate career in 2005 as a REALTOR in Nags Head, North Carolina where I helped many vacationers become proud Real Estate investors on the sunny shores of the Outer Banks.  When my lovely wife Jennifer and I moved to Pittsburgh to be closer to family, I took a detour into the corporate world where I managed major transactions for the largest natural gas producer in the United States.  I spent the next 11 years mastering the ins and outs of Joint Ventures, Operating Agreements, Acquisitions and Divestitures.  Did I mention I'm and Oil, Gas and Mineral rights expert?  As a Certified Professional Landman, I have earned the highest accreditation available from the American Association of Professional Landmen.  All of this experience has led me to Howard Hanna where I’m blessed to partner with my wife Jennifer Stout.  As a partnership, we’re able to offer a wide array of experience to handle any size of transaction.  From buying your first home to investing in income producing property, you can put experience on your side.  Stout Moves You In And Out!
