Juliana Pinheiro

Juliana was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, came to the United States in 1999, and found her home in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in 2006, where she lives with her husband, and two daughters. 

She found her passion for Real Estate in 2011 after the first investment purchase. She never looked back and soon after became a licensed Realtor. She is an expert in residential real estate within the Lehigh Valley, ranging from small properties to multimillion estates, using a wide verity of tools to fulfill the customer’s needs, such as the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and other online resources, live and online auctions, foreclosure sales, direct negotiations with “sell by owner” transactions, etc.

She loves to help people buying their first home! It is very fulfilling, professionally and personally, to assist people in realizing their dreams of buying a home. Whether it’s the purchase of the first, second, or tenth home, or the sale of any real estate property, Juliana will guide and assist her clients through all the steps in the transaction, and coordinate all parties involved.

Juliana has also been an active investor of real estate for over 10 years. She has become an expert in the financial aspect of any investment property. She has demonstrated the skill and expertise of matchmaking other people’s money with deals that will produce a stable and ever-growing ROI. “It’s all about the numbers… and location!”
