Once upon a time, a wise old broker tried to recruit my late husband, John Pinch—a retired State Police Officer—into real estate. He invited me to join the meeting and then suggested we go to dinner. Well, we did go to dinner—and the rest is history.

Fast forward to 2025, and I’m proud to be one of the company's owners. I’ve been a licensed Realtor® since 2000. I’m also an Associate Broker and hold the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation. I truly enjoy working with both buyers and sellers. I love assisting people as they transition into the next stage of life—whether that means downsizing or moving up to accommodate new lifestyle needs.

While I wasn’t born in Meadville, it quickly became home—and I truly love it here. Today, I live in Vernon Township with my beloved pets and spend as much time as I can in my gardens, which bring me endless joy.

And, by the way, I reminded her for years that John would have made a terrible agent.
