I am a seasoned Real Estate Associate Broker being in the real estate industry since 2004 giving my commitment to excellence in customer service as well as the depth of experience. I am on board with the shifting of the real estate market moving toward online growth and am familiar with the mobile-friendly technologies. I have the energy, honesty and great work ethics. I have worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors and banks in both the residential and commercial market. I portray exceptional attention to skilled negotiations, knowledgeable analysis of property values and market trends. I've participated in being a Pennsylvania Association of Realtors Representative, Past President of Smethport Rotary, Director of McKean County Planning Committee, Smethport Chamber member, McKean County Association of Realtor Director for many years and actively devote my time to church.

I currently live in Eldred, PA and I have three children and seven grandchildren. My children also have professional jobs and great work ethic. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, traveling and an animal lover.
