For more than 41 years, I have had the privilege of helping people navigate the ever-changing world of residential real estate in Pittsburgh. As an Associate Broker with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, my work has focused primarily on the City of Pittsburgh and its neighborhoods—including the East End, North Side, West End, and South Side.
My career in real estate was preceded by 17 years as a paralegal working with Pittsburgh attorneys specializing in real estate and estate and trust law. That legal background continues to shape the way I approach real estate today, giving me a strong appreciation for the details, complexities, and responsibilities that come with every transaction.
I have a particular interest in Pittsburgh's neighborhoods and in the opportunities that community development, redevelopment, and new construction bring to our city. I believe strong neighborhoods and successful homeownership go hand in hand, and I am proud to serve on the boards of two local nonprofit organizations whose missions focus on creating and protecting homeownership and advancing community development.
Although my position includes management responsibilities, I see myself first and foremost as a coach, mentor, and teacher. Real estate is never simply about buying or selling a property. No two properties, transactions, or clients are ever exactly alike—and that is what makes this business both interesting and rewarding.
When I'm not working, you'll often find me gardening, one of my favorite ways to spend time and stay connected to the enjoyment of creating and caring for a place.
After 41 years in this business, I remain passionate about Pittsburgh, its neighborhoods, its people, and the many possibilities that real estate can create.

and Buyers that have a common goal, to sell or to buy. We real estate professionals are a part of this important, emotional and exciting process, more a customer care
expert than a salesperson. The opportunity to be in the real estate industry, with Howard Hanna and in this City of Pittsburgh are filled with opportunity. As housing trends and needs change the ability to do so as the real estate professional have to be in step. As a Manager in a City office I am always looking for opportunities to create housing opportunities, whether that be a tear down of an existing home to build new, vacant lots or assemblage of lots to make way for a new housing development. Buyers should know about different financing opportunities too, some that
provide closing cost assistance, new construction financing and loans that provide acquisition and
renovation costs rolled in to one first mortgage loan.
I have been an Associate Broker and Manager for 20+ years and this opportunity is special, I have the opportunity and ability every day to help real estate professionals
