My name is Gloria Birckbichler, a full-time Realtor with Howard Hanna in Butler, Pennsylvania. With over 23 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds of families and clients through one of life’s most meaningful decisions—and I continue to love what I do every day.  My journey to real estate—and to Pennsylvania—has been a unique one. I was born on the Island of Yap and raised in Guam, where I met my husband while he was stationed in the military. Life took us from Guam to California, then Pennsylvania, a few years in New Jersey, and ultimately back to Pennsylvania, where we chose to build our life and raise our family.  

Today, Butler County is home. My husband, a retired state police officer, and I are proud parents of two incredible adult children. Having experienced the many transitions that come with moving, I understand firsthand what my clients are going through—and I don’t take that responsibility lightly.  

Real estate, to me, is not about accolades—it’s about trust, relationships, and delivering a level of care that makes each client feel truly supported. Much of my business is built on referrals, which I consider the highest compliment—because to me, this is a business where clients become family and every move matters.  I’m known for going above and beyond for my clients, always with their best interests at the center of every decision. For me, it’s about more than just the transaction- it’s about building relationships and making sure my clients feel comfortable, confident, and truly cared for every step of the way.
