I began my real estate career later in life and I am glad I started! I truly enjoy finding buyers for my sellers’  homes and helping buyers find their dream homes or get-a-ways.  My desire is to have happy, satisfied clients and I do my best to bring them to that place!

I know this area well because Tioga County, Pennsylvania is my birthplace.  I lived here until I was 10 years old and then moved back again 38 years later.  During that time away I graduated from high school and college and then taught school for 18.5 years.  I moved back to help my family with Kenshire Kampsite on the west edge of Gaines as the assistant manager, groundskeeper, and bookkeeper.  During that time I drove 2 school bus runs and worked in the retail shop at Ski Denton in the winter.  When the campground sold I began working as an administrative assistant for Stevens Real Estate in Gaines and moved to Howard Hanna Realty Pioneers with them where I decided to obtain my real estate license.  We have since become Howard Hanna Professionals.

 I was born in and lived in Tioga County until I was ten years old.  After teaching school for 18.5 years I moved back to the area in 1991 to help run our family campground.  During that time I became a school bus driver and the local tax collector, and also worked at a local ski area in the winter.  My family sold the campground in 2009 and in 2010 I became an administrative assistant for Stevens Real Estate.  I then moved with Stevens to Howard Hanna Realty Pioneers.  In 2016 I decided it was time to obtain my real estate license.  Even though I am newly licensed I have been involved "in the business" so to speak since 2010, have lived in the area the majority of my life, and look forward to helping people find their dream properties.
