Realtor with an Architect's Eye
Howard Hanna Allen Tate
103 North Main Street, PO Box 2248
Davidson, NC 28036
Office: (704) 892-0196
My background includes residential real estate sales and investing, architectural design, and over 20 years of marketing in design/construction, financial services, and real estate property technology. I bring an analytical approach, a creative eye, and an honest perspective to every client relationship, helping people recognize both the value a home has today and the possibilities it holds for tomorrow.
My job as a real estate profession goes beyond managing transactions of home sales. It's more about helping people make confident decisions during some of life's biggest transitions. Whether you're downsizing, investing, or searching for a home with untapped potential, my role is to be your advocate and advisor, not just your agent.
Specialties
Buying or selling a home is one of the most important financial and personal decisions most people will ever make. My goal is to help clients make those decisions with confidence by offering thoughtful guidance, honest advice, and a perspective shaped by decades of experience working with homes, buildings, marketing, and real estate.
Before joining Howard Hanna in North Carolina, I worked as a licensed real estate agent in Virginia, spent over 20 years in corporate marketing in real estate technology, financial services, and design industries, and practiced architecture professionally for ten years. I’ve also invested in residential real estate and renovating homes, experiences that help me evaluate properties beyond surface finishes to understand both their current value and future potential.
I especially enjoy working with downsizers, luxury buyers, investors, and clients looking for homes with renovation opportunities. Every property tells a story, and I enjoy helping clients recognize not only what a home is today, but what it can become.
Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me oil painting, skiing, boating, cheering on college football, volunteering with the Cain Center for the Arts, or supporting the Charlotte Art Guild and Mooresville Arts.
