Brittany Clark

As a fifth-generation Charlottean and third-generation Realtor, Brittany has deep roots in Charlotte and a genuine appreciation for the neighborhoods and community that make the city such a special place to call home. After graduating from Appalachian State University with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing, she spent time living in New York City before relocating to Austin, TX where she spent nine years working in the live events and entertainment industry. 

Her background spans fashion, interiors, and event production, shaping a naturally design-minded, detail-oriented, and relationship-focused approach. Working in fast-paced, client-centered environments refined her communication, strengthened her attention to detail, and reinforced her commitment to creating seamless, thoughtful experiences. 

After starting a family, Brittany and her husband returned to Charlotte to raise their daughter surrounded by family in a city she loves. Coming home inspired her transition into real estate, where she combines her passion for people, design, and helping clients find not just a house, but a home where memories are made. 

Now proudly beginning her career with Howard Hanna Allen Tate, Brittany is dedicated to delivering a seamless, thoughtful, and highly personalized experience for every client while bringing both local insight and thoughtful perspective to buyers and sellers alike. 

In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband, two-year-old daughter, and their two dogs. She loves being outdoors, attending live music events, practicing yoga, and exploring new restaurants and neighborhoods throughout Charlotte.
