Hi, I’m Brad Hoover, and I’m proud to serve buyers and sellers throughout Anderson and the Upstate of South Carolina.
After a successful career working closely with people over the years, I decided to begin a new chapter in real estate. What drew me to this profession was simple: I enjoy helping people, building relationships, and being part of important moments in their lives. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions most people will ever make, and I believe having someone you trust alongside you makes all the difference.
As part of Pine to Palm Realty Group and Howard Hanna Allen Tate, my goal is to provide steady guidance, honest communication, and a calm approach throughout the process. I believe real estate should never feel rushed or overwhelming. Whether you are buying your first home, downsizing, relocating, searching for lake property, or preparing to sell, I want you to feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
South Carolina has been home to me for many years (35), and I truly value the people, communities, and lifestyle that make the Upstate such a special place to live. My wife, Debbie, and I are blessed with four children and five wonderful grandchildren ranging in age from 9 to 22. We are incredibly proud of each of them and enjoy every opportunity we get to spend time together as a family.
My faith, family, and community are deeply important to me. Outside of real estate, you’ll often find me involved in church activities, enjoying time with Debbie, or appreciating all the beauty and opportunities our area has to offer.
