When I relocated to Asheville in 2021, I experienced firsthand what it's like to start over in a new place—learning the neighborhoods, navigating an unfamiliar market, and building a new life from the ground up. I didn't just move to the Blue Ridge Mountains—I quickly fell in love with everything that makes Western North Carolina feel like home.

Having lived all over the country, Samantha understands just how emotional, exciting, and overwhelming relocating can be. After moving to Asheville five years ago, she quickly fell in love with the area’s friendly people, mountain views, live music, eclectic culture, and four distinct beautiful seasons. Her personal experience relocating gives her a unique perspective when helping buyers, sellers, and newcomers navigate the process and settle into Western North Carolina.
