Tomeca is a licensed Associate Broker and Savannah Office Sales Manager with Howard Hanna Allen Tate. Known for her professionalism and integrity, she guides buyers, sellers, and investors through meaningful real estate decisions with care and confidence.
Prior to real estate, Tomeca spent over 15 years in healthcare administration and entrepreneurship, sharpening her leadership and problem-solving skills. She is also a licensed Life & Health Insurance Broker and Political Consultant, further reflecting her commitment to advocacy and empowering others.
She holds a Bachelor’s from Columbia College, a Master's in Business Administration from Webster University, and is a graduate of several prestigious leadership programs, including the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Georgia Leadership Academy, ULI/Project REAP, Leadership Savannah, and WIN Leadership Academy.
Tomeca’s industry leadership includes serving as Board Director for the Savannah Multi-List Corporation (SMLC) and Secretary of the Savannah Chatham Land Bank Authority. She is the Immediate Past President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Savannah (2024) and Immediate Past Chairwoman of the Greater Savannah Black Chamber of Commerce (GSBCC) (2023–2024). She also serves on multiple REALTOR® associations and non-profit committees at the local and state levels.
