Christopher - Robyn are a husband and wife team of Low Country specialist Realtors for the past 19 years, with an intense passion for helping Sellers and Buyers fulfill their housing dreams. They have lived in the area for 29 years, having moved from S Africa and have acquired a uniquely extensive knowledge set of all the communities , both gated and non-gated, on and off the island, as well as working with builders from the economy range right up to and including the luxury market. They are abreast with all the latest technology and fully realize its significance in today's market, with an emphasis on quick communication and in depth information, as well as the need to have the broadest possible international exposure. They have won numerous company wide, national and regional achievement awards – the latest being Presidents Cup Holders from 2015 through 2025.
Background
Chris is originally from the UK and has worked and lived in six countries and on four continents in various senior management and executive positions in Banking, Production and Sales & Marketing.
Robyn is originally from Durban, South Africa and worked for Simplicity Patterns for 18 years, 10 years of which as National Sales Manager. Whilst here in the USA she owned and ran a highly successful home and villa rental cleaning company for a number of years, with a clear focus on superb customer service and attention to detail.
They previously owned a high end Custom Home construction cleaning company, which has provided them with a great insight into the local building industry, as well as local development.
Robyn served on the Community Services Committee for the HH Area Association of Realtors and was also the Chairperson for "Service and Status of Women" for the Zonta Club of Bluffton.
They are both members of the HH Area Association of Realtors, Hilton Head Island MLS, Beaufort County Association of Realtors, Beaufort MLS and the National Association of Realtors.

Chris and Robyn Henke have lived in Rose Hill Plantation, Bluffton, South Carolina since they arrived in the USA in 1997. We have four adult daughters; all married and currently have 8 grandchildren. Our daughters and their families are dotted around the world. Two live in the USA and two in South Africa.
Chris is originally from the UK and has worked and lived in six countries, on four continents and has now made the USA his permanent home.
Before joining Weichert Realtors Coastal Properties, Chris held several senior management and executive positions in Banking, Production and Sales and Marketing.
Chris left corporate life to join Robyn and started the Construction cleaning side of the business. After selling the villa rental side of the business Chris continued with Construction cleaning, which company he still owns and has been operating since 2004.
Robyn is originally from Cape Town, South Africa. She worked for Simplicity Patterns for 18 years, 10 of which, as National Sales Manager.
Before joining Weichert Realtors Coastal Properties, Robyn was President/ Owner of a highly successful home and villa rental cleaning company. Servicing Hilton Head Island, Bluffton and Sun City - where the focus was on providing superb service and attention to detail, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
Robyn served on the Community Services Committee for the HH Area Association of Realtors. She was also the Chairperson for “Service and Status of Woman” for the Zonta Club of Bluffton.
