A newish resident to Statesville, Julia Steele brings a fresh perspective to real estate. She moved to the North Iredell area three years ago with her husband and two small children. She lives on a farm with two entertaining dogs, a hilarious flock of chickens, and one bossy rooster. She enjoys riding her bike long distances, exercising, reading, and spending time with her family.
Her interest in real estate peaked after buying and selling two homes in Nashville, TN. Her mom, also a REALTOR©, encouraged her to step into the business and is a wealth of knowledge. Julia is dedicated to her clients and is excited for this new step in her career. She has a background in photography, higher education and preschool education. She is a preschool director and commercial photographer. She also worked as a college professor for eight years in Nashville.
Her creative drive and photography background will guide marketing campaigns. Her work with children young and old(er) informs her calm, direct and humorous demeanor. She is excited to help clients find their dream home and assist with each transaction with the utmost care and diligence.
