Bridget Gusmano is a North Carolina Realtor specializing in Lake Norman and the greater Charlotte area.

 

Originally from Long Island, New York, Bridget has called Lake Norman home and brings a strong understanding of the communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make the area unique.

 Hello! I’m Bridget Gusmano, and I’m excited to join the Allen Tate Mooresville office.  While my career journey has taken me through diverse roles, it has always been centered around helping people, which is why I’m thrilled to be in real estate. I bring a unique perspective to the table, having worked as a cake decorator and server— experiences that have all taught me valuable lessons in customer service, attention to detail, and building relationships.

 

I believe the best real estate transactions are built on trust, patience, and understanding, and that’s exactly how I approach every client interaction. Whether you’re buying your first home, looking for your dream property, or navigating a big move, I’m here to guide you every step of the way with enthusiasm and a personal touch. When I’m not helping clients, you can find me traveling to new places, working out, or spending time with friends. I’m also a big fan of Italian food (who isn’t, right?), and if I’m not enjoying a delicious pasta dish, I might just be reminiscing about my roots in Long Island, New York. Though I originally started down a path to become a nurse, I had a change of heart in my second year of school, and that led me to pursue a career where I could continue making a difference in people’s lives, just in a different way.
