Leigh Ann grew up just down the mountain in Kernersville, NC and has called the High Country home for over 15 years.  While vacationing in Boone her entire life, Leigh Ann developed a love for the mountain and spending time in the beautiful outdoors.  After graduating from Appalachian State University, Leigh Ann started a career as a teacher in Clemmons, NC, but she quickly found a way to move back to Boone. With a strong entrepreneurial sprit,  Leigh Ann started and co-owned a retail business on the prestigious King Street in Downtown Boone for 10 years.  Additionally, Leigh Ann has been involved in all aspects of real estate with buying, selling, and owning several investment properties.  Whether you are buying, selling, looking for a lot to build on, or seeking investment property, Leigh Ann can help you navigate the process to find the perfect property.
