Daniel is a hardworking and dedicated agent ready to help with your next home sale or purchase. Originally from Los Angeles, CA, Daniel moved out to South Carolina to study at Bob Jones University. After earning degrees in both business and communication, Daniel began working in management where he honed his communication abilities, customer service skills, and follow through.
In 2022, Daniel decided to make a change and pursue real estate full time. From his experience of purchasing homes prior to being licensed, Daniel understood how the real estate process might seem intimidating or difficult, but also how a good agent could make so much of a difference, and he wanted to be able to make that same kind of difference as he assisted other buyers and sellers. Now in his 4th year of real estate, Daniel strives to simplify the buying and selling process and minimize stress for his clients with clear effective communication from start to finish while providing knowledge of the market, strategies, and options to help them reach their real estate goals.
When he's not doing real estate, Daniel enjoys working out, playing pickleball, hiking, traveling, playing board games, and spending time with family and friends.

While I currently live in Taylors, SC with my wife Becca and our 6 year old pit bull "puppy" Josie, I am originally from Los Angeles, CA. In 2014, I came to South Carolina to study at Bob Jones University, and after earning degrees in both business and communication, I worked as a manager at a gym in Asheville, NC making the 65 mile commute from my home at the time in Greer, SC.
Then, in 2022, I decided to make a change and got my South Carolina real estate license. I had been through the process of purchasing a home a couple of times, so I understood how intimidating and complicated buying or selling a home could seem and how much of a difference a good agent could make, and I wanted to be able to provide that same difference for other buyers and sellers. Later that year, I also got my North Carolina license so I could help clients on both sides of the border.
Now in my 4th year, my aim is still the same - to take what could be a stressful and intimidating process and make it as simple and stress-free for my clients as possible while helping them reach their real estate goals.
When I'm not doing real estate, I enjoy working out, playing pickleball, traveling, hiking, playing board games, and spending time with friends and family.
