My Local Roots Run Deep!

As a Charlotte native, I am very familiar with our local market. I understand that buying and selling a home is a big decision and I view representation and guidance of my clients through this process as a privilege. I have helped more than 100 buyers and sellers navigate the closing process. Whether you are purchasing your first home, downsizing, or relocating, I am here to assist you and get you through the journey of home ownership. Just like each buyer, the home selling and buying process is special and unique, therefore I take pride in helping clients through it as efficiently as possible.

Like many realtors, I had a career prior to real estate. My career started in Charlotte’s banking industry. After 35 years in the Retirement division of banking and another eleven years in Learning & Development, I made a career change to allow for more flexibility and time with my family. My love of helping people accomplish their goals, building relationships and working with the community is what led me to Allen Tate Realtors®.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Kyle. We have two adult sons, Cameron and Taylor, along with two Golden Retrievers, Stella and Gunner. My family and I love spending time at Holden Beach and the beautiful North Carolina mountains.  I believe giving back to the community is also very important; I enjoy supporting my church and local charities. I have served as scoutmaster for a local Palmetto Boy Scout Troop, and in several key roles at my sons’ school. Currently I find myself in that phase of life where caring for aging parents is very important.

My personal motto is  ’your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, how you leave others feeling after having an experience with you becomes your trademark.’ I am available and looking forward to assisting you with your real estate needs.
