Welcome to my website! My name is Suzan Conrad, proud mother of three amazing boys! I have been in Greenville for over 25 years and have seen the Upstate turn into the beautiful area it is today. Growing up in a military family I understand first hand the relocation aspect of this industry and the life changes that ensue with moving. ’My goal is to create an experience that my clients will remember forever’. ’Building relationships that last far into the future is very rewarding. I work diligently around the clock for my clients, always putting their needs first and staying true to my word. Hard work, transparency and staying focused on emerging trends have been essential to my success.’

Prior to earning her real estate license, Suzan has spent many years in the design industry.
