I grew up in the real estate business as my father, Charles Malta, was a real estate broker and owned his own business, Browncroft Realty. He started it in the 1950’s. I first was licensed in 1962 and was still a senior at Eastridge High School. My first sale was to my Business Teacher, Mr. Bernard.
I attended Mohawk Valley Community College as it was the only college offering a Real Estate & Banking course. After college I was married and working full time as a Realtor.
I have been through about every up and down in the market that you can imagine and fully understand how to market under all conditions and fully believe “When it really matters, Experience counts”.
I have extensive knowledge and experience in Residential and Commercial sales, construction and finance and am able to give my clients the best tools & knowledge to help them buy or sell a property.
I really enjoy working with 1st time homebuyers and feel with them the excitement of buying their first home.
I have been a Webster resident for the past 43 years. Raised 5 children here and have 3 grandchildren here and a Great Grandson on the way. It is a great community to be a part of. I have been involved in helping to shape our community as a member of over 17 years on the Webster Planning Board and served 4 years as a Monroe County Legislator. I had my own Real Estate brokerage, Dave Malta Realty, located in Webster for over 15 years and then in May of 2011 merged with Nothnagle Realtors to again be able to provide the very best service to my past, current and future clients.
