I am very happy to be the Howard Hanna Real Estate Services Manager. I have been an agent as a top producer for over 25 years. I have very specific goals to help my agents reach their goals while being a positive influence in the community.

Community is also very important. Business has a responsibility to give back to the community. As a leader of the Howard Hanna Children's Free Care Fund it is my goal to fund raise yearly to support our own local Golisano Children's Hospital through our Children's Free Care Fund.

Catherine Bianchi has proudly called Irondequoit, NY home for over 30 years, raising her four children with her husband Sam, a lifelong Irondequoit resident and longtime Xerox employee. All four of their children are graduates of Irondequoit High School and have gone on to attend universities including Virginia Military Institute, Canisius College, Lafayette College, the University of St Andrews, Duke Law School, and Florida State University.
With deep roots in the community and extensive experience in the Rochester NY real estate market, Catherine is known for her strong negotiation skills and commitment to her clients. She is certified in WIN-WIN Negotiations and Creative Financing, helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
Catherine serves as Vice President and Manager at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services and has been recognized with multiple industry honors including the Platinum Award, Sales Master Gold (GRAR), Nothnagle Top 30 Agent, the National Sales Excellence Award from The Realty Alliance and the 2024,2025 Powerlist from the Rochester Business Journal.
