Having bought my first home when I was 21 years old, I know how emotional buying and selling can be.  My experience will help sellers in staging, and preparing a home, so that the buyers get the best first impression translating to the best selling price.  Working with your best interests, in the strictest of confidence I will negotiate the best selling price for you with the least inconvenience to you and your family.  

For Buyers:  In depth market knowledge, I will help buyers get pre-approved, preview listings on your behalf, and email you daily any new listings that meet your criteria.  Once you select a prospective home, I will analyze market and neighborhood conditions and comparables to help you get the best price on your purchase.  I will continue to work on your behalf negotiating through engineer inspections, mortgage and any sales contingencies and follow up until closing. 

I am a part of a 3 fulltime broker/agent team and we are 100% committed to our clients. With over 65 combined years of experience in selling homes we know the market in and out! Additionally, we do ALL of our own work, giving you personal attention and constant communication throughout the entire process. You will get one of us and will NEVER be passed off to a back office assistant.  This is my promise to you.
