Kazia Williams Lic. RE Salesperson

About Me
I’m Kazia, a licensed real estate salesperson with Howard Hanna in Pittsford, NY, serving Honeoye Falls, Lima, and the greater Rochester region. With a background that spans education, athletics, HR, and community service, I bring a unique blend of empathy, organization, and people-focused experience to every client I work with.
My Path to Real Estate
Before entering the real estate world, I spent 10 years as a gymnastics coach in both New York and Virginia and 10 years as an elementary school teacher, followed by additional substitute teaching in the Honeoye Falls–Lima district after moving back to Upstate New York. I later shifted into corporate support roles working as a receptionist, HR assistant, and then office coordinator at a local engineering and architecture firm, while also pursuing my real estate license.
My passion for connecting with people and the joy I get from supporting them through meaningful life moments is what inspired me to pursue real estate. I’ve held my license for over four years and am excited to actively help buyers and sellers find the homes that fit their lives, needs, and dreams.
My Approach
My clients can expect an upbeat, friendly, and highly organized experience. I listen closely, communicate clearly, and stay dedicated to your goals from start to finish. With a naturally service-oriented personality and the heart of a teacher, I’m committed to guiding you through each step with care, honesty, and enthusiasm. Whether it’s your first home, your next chapter, or an investment opportunity, I’m here to advocate for your best interests every step of the way.
Local Roots & Personal Passions
I grew up in Upstate New York, spent over a decade in Virginia, and returned to the Rochester area in 2019. Today I live in Honeoye Falls with my husband, our two boys, and our three cats. Outside of real estate, I enjoy tackling Spartan races, love bungee fitness and aerial silks, and am a proud mom cheering at hockey games, football games, golf rounds, swim meets, music concerts, and everything in between.
Giving back is central to who I am; I volunteer with the Musselman Ironman race in Geneva, Camp Good Days, the Salvation Army, United Way, the Boy Scouts of America, and various school and community organizations. Helping others feel supported, valued, and encouraged is at the heart of everything I do.
Ready to Help You Find “The One”
Every home has a story, and every buyer or seller has a dream. Matching the right people with the right home is a joy for me, and I’m excited to bring that passion, energy, and dedication to your real estate experience.
