"Good real estate agents are like conductors, guiding you through the myriad of options and helping you arrive at your desired destination.” – Chris Heller
Buying your first home, relocating, or preparing to sell a place filled with memories is a major life moment. You deserve a real estate partner who communicates clearly, anticipates your needs, and guides you with integrity, honesty, and attention to detail. I take pride in being that partner.
What Clients Can Expect
- Clear, consistent communication
- Thoughtful guidance through every step of the process
- Strong advocacy and reliable follow-through
- A calm, organized approach to complex decisions
When you choose me to represent you, you’re choosing an agent who values relationships, listens carefully, and takes the time to understand what matters most to you. My goal is to make a meaningful difference in your real estate journey.
Service to the Community
Rush Board of Assessment Review
As a Rush resident, I volunteer my time and real estate expertise on the Rush Board of Assessment Review, where residents can dispute their property assessments. This work has deepened my understanding of property valuation, local regulations, and the factors that influence a home’s market position. It allows me to guide clients with accuracy, insight, and a strong sense of advocacy.
Rush Library & Chess Community
I also volunteer at the Rush Library, where I founded a chess club that has met twice a month since 2020—the only chess group in the Monroe County Library System. In addition, I offer individual chess tutoring on an as-needed basis.
Chess strengthens strategic thinking, patience, and the ability to see both the small details and the big picture. These same skills enhance effective real estate negotiation, strategic pricing, and competitive marketing. Whether planning several moves ahead or adapting quickly to new information, chess has sharpened my ability to think clearly, stay focused, and advocate effectively for the clients I serve.
Specialties
Are you looking for a Realtor you can trust to help you navigate the complexities of today’s real estate market?
Whether I represent you as a buyer or a seller or both, I will always put your interests first. As a Broker Associate with 30+ years of experience assisting Rochester buyers and sellers make their best real estate decisions, you can rely on my integrity, experience, knowledge and negotiating skills.
Before I became a Realtor, I was a teacher. I served as an Adjunct Communications Instructor at Monroe Community College and also an English teacher in the Rush-Henrietta school district. As a NYSAR Certified Real Estate Instructor, I have taught the Real Estate Licensing course through Greater Rochester Association of Realtors. The soft skills required of a good teacher enhance my ability to work with buyers and sellers, adapt to changing circumstances and anticipate needs and challenges before they arise. I enjoy helping buyers find a house to make a home, and helping sellers identify improvements that will help them sell their home more quickly at the highest price. I'd love to make a difference for you.
As a Howard Hanna agent I am able to offer my clients access to Howard Hanna's many special programs: 100% Guarantee, Real Scout, Buyside, Buy Before You Sell, our Home Warranty, our TV show and our Second Look program offered by our mortgage team at First Priority Mortgage. I am happy to send you information on any of these programs upon request.
Call or text me at (585) 330-6650 today to schedule our first meeting to answer any questions you may have.
