For nearly 20 years, Upstate South Carolina has been home. My husband and I raised our four boys in Easley, and over the years I've watched our communities grow, neighborhoods take shape and families put down roots throughout Easley, Powdersville, Anderson, Greenville and the surrounding Upstate.

That personal connection to this area is one of the things I love bringing to my real estate career.

I'm a full-time Realtor® with The Missy Rick Team at Howard Hanna Allen Tate, helping buyers and sellers throughout Pickens, Anderson and Greenville counties. I work with clients buying and selling resale homes, relocating to the Upstate, building new construction, purchasing land and acreage, buying their first home, or making the move to their next chapter.

I believe great real estate representation is about much more than opening doors or putting a sign in the yard. It's about understanding the market, communicating clearly, negotiating effectively and making sure my clients understand their options throughout the transaction.

For sellers, I provide hands-on guidance with pricing, preparation, marketing, negotiations and the details required to move successfully from listing to closing.

For buyers, I combine local market knowledge with a practical approach to help clients evaluate the home, property, neighborhood and terms of the transaction—not simply fall in love with the listing photos.

Most importantly, my business is about relationships. Buying or selling a home is a major life decision, and I want my clients to feel informed, supported and confident throughout the experience.

When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, entertaining and enjoying everything that makes the Upstate such a wonderful place to call home.
