I’m Cheryl Hurst, and the Upstate has been home for over two decades. My husband and I raised our four boys here in Easley—Friday night football games, days at the soccer fields and nights in the basketball gyms, church events, and all the little traditions that make this place feel like family. Over the years, I watched our small towns grow, new neighborhoods take shape, and families just like mine plant their roots here.

That’s what led me into real estate: I love helping people find their place in this community.

Today, I’m a full-time Realtor with The Missy Rick Team at Howard Hanna | Allen Tate, serving clients in Easley, Powdersville, Greenville County, Anderson County, and Pickens County. I specialize in helping families relocate, right-size, build new construction, and sell with confidence.

Because I know these neighborhoods so well—from school districts like Anderson District One along with Greenville County and Pickens County School Districts, to the backroads, local builders, and hidden-gem communities—I can guide clients through the Upstate market with honesty, calm, and a personal touch.
