Holly Chavis

I was born and raised in Gastonia, a 1993 graduate Hunter Huss High School. For the past 29 years, I have dedicated myself to raising my three wonderful children, all of whom make me very proud.

I moved to Kings Mountain a little over 14 years ago, a small town with that Norman Rockwell charm. 

All of my life, I’ve been a family oriented and focused individual. I’ve been the go-to person when friends and family have needed a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on and some serious advice. I pride myself in being a trustworthy, honest and sincere soul.

I am a full-time, licensed real estate broker in North Carolina. I began this career in January 2019 and my only regret is not getting started sooner.

I want nothing more than to prove to you, as your real estate professional, that I will deliver on all of my promises and go above and beyond in all of your expectations.
