As a native of North Carolina, I am passionate about making you feel right at home in our beautiful state! I am the newest member of The Lee Ann Miller Team but not new to real estate. After more than 15 years in the appraisal business, I decided I wanted to have a more personable relationship with the home owners and buyers. Whether selling or buying, you can feel confident I understand the true value of a home. I understand the long-term value that lies beneath the first impression. My passion is assisting you in deciding the right price for your existing, new or secondary home while making the process as smooth and comfortable as possible.  

I began my career in 2004 working under my late father, Jerry P. Lackey, as an appraiser, learning first-hand the real estate industry. Jerry started the appraisal firm in 1991, upon his passing in 2016, I became the owner. Our appraisal firm is one of the most respected real estate appraisers in Lincoln and surrounding counties. 

As a native of Lincoln County and a graduate from North Carolina State University, I bring a strongsense of understanding of the market as a licensed NC Real Estate broker. I enjoy life with my wonderful husband,Darron, and our 3 boys, Austin, Connor and Miller!  We love being outdoors, attending Clemson Football games and fulfilling a life full of adventures and thrills!
