James "Jamie" Howard received his North Carolina Real Estate Sales license in 1999 and his Broker license in 2017. Before entering sales in 2017, he spent 18 years as a Technical Writer, Data Manager, and Project Manager. His ability to work with people, interpret data, and understand complex documents makes him an asset to any seller or buyer. He is well-known for his approachability, transparency, and perseverance. Jamie enjoys working with buyers and sellers across the spectrum, from first-timers to luxury. His 18-year career in educational assessment—spanning technical writing, data management, project leadership, and proposal development—sharpened his analytical and communication skills, all of which now benefit his clients.
