Kelly Osborn

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. My name is Kelly Osborn. I was born and raised in Historic St. Mary's, Georgia. In 2009 I met my husband Marcus while he was stationed at the Kings Bay Navel Base. My husband is now a military veteran. If you or any member of your family has served in our military. Thank you for your service and sacrifices.

My husband and I were married in October 2009. A year later we had a little bundle of joy named Jayden. He is now 14 years old. We then moved to Alamance County, North Carolina in 2010. We now have 2 more bundles of joy Isabelle 6 and Laeleigh almost 4.
This helps me to relate to all the struggles of being a transplant. So I will make the transition easy and smooth for you. As it is my responsibility to represent you and your interest during the Real Estate transaction. There are many steps in a transaction and I will be there to help every step of the way. I understand the needs of both buyers and sellers can be very different in every transaction and open communication is key to success.

I have also had the honor to represent many sellers during my career. From selling investment property's, to selling the starter home in order to upgrade as life grows, selling the dream home to downsize, and purchasing and selling land. 

For 7 years I was an onsite agent also known as a New Home Advisor for new construction for Shugart Homes/ Mungo Homes. I sold out 2 previous communities, The Preserve at Stone Ridge in Gibsonville & Manning Crossing in Elon were I was also assisted in the design options for buyers. I also sold at Rogers Spring in Graham, and another community  The Stables at Harris Farms in Burlington. I was able to help many families build there dream home from the ground up, and assist through the build journey, a true blessing to be apart of. In 2022 I was honored to be a Realtor in the top 1% nation wide with REAL Trends.

I am an animal lover and enjoy my 2 beautiful German Shorthaired Pointers. There names are Cabela and Remi. They love to assist with the waterfowl and upland hunts. They also love to be snuggled up to us, and watch my chickens.

In late 2024 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and Iam now a cancer survivor, working to serve others as God has called me to do.
