Thank You  for visiting my website.  I am a licensed Associate Broker with fourteen years  experience with Christensen Realty as well as RealtyUSA.  I am a life long resident of Jefferson County.  I reside in Clayton on the ST. Lawrence River.  A large percentage of my business is waterfront whether it is Lake Ontario or St. Lawrence River.  However,  I have sold  and listed commercial property and residential parcels throughout the Jefferson, St Lawrence counties. In regards to my availability I live year-round and am available seven days a week.  I am proud of my record of quick response and getting back to my customers and clients in a timely fashion.  My previous employment was a thirty-three year career with Niagara Mohawk Power Corp. The experience working in the utility business I believe has been a big advantage in working with the public.  I have a very good success rate with the various contacts I make daily in my Real Estate endeavors.
