Sarah Coleman believes buying or selling a home is stressful enough. Your real estate agent doesn't need to make it worse! With a background in sales, construction, property management, and being an investment property owner/landlord herself, Sarah brings a little more to the table than a lockbox code and a stack of paperwork. She understands homes from the inside out and has learned firsthand that every property has its quirks. Some have "character." Others have things the listing agent would prefer you didn't look at too closely. 

Sarah takes a straightforward, no-pressure approach to real estate. She will tell you what she sees, answer the phone, keep you informed, and help you make a decision that actually makes sense for you - not just one that gets a deal closed. 

Her 20+ years of experience in construction and paving has also given her an eye for the things people sometimes overlook. A beautiful kitchen is great, but Sarah is probably also wondering where the water goes when it rains.
