My commitment to my clients is to listen to what they “really” want.  From working as a senior financial advisor for twenty years, listening became the most important cornerstone to providing valuable advice.

After working in banking and acquiring extensive knowledge in home finance and all parties involved in the buying and selling process, I decided that it was time to switch gears and work on the other side of the real estate transaction.

My wife and two of our three children moved to the west side of Syracuse in 2022 (from the east side) and are happy to be building on the vision that Howard Hanna embodies.  We originally moved from Kingston, Ontario, where my father was a licensed real estate agent for over 35 years, so the real estate business became engrained in my heart from a young age.

Throughout the past twenty years, I have owned numerous multi-unit rental properties and feel that the first-hand experiences with purchasing/selling the actual properties, working with tenants, and maintaining the properties have instilled treasured knowledge to offer advice from.
